Turnkey containerized vertical farms powered by AI, solar/wind energy, and air-to-water technology — deployed globally, monitored remotely, profitable from day one.
Seed Round Progress
The Global Crisis
By 2050, global food production must increase by 70% to feed 9.7 billion people — yet arable land is shrinking and climate disruption is escalating.
EU agricultural land falling to 172M ha by 2030. Urbanization, erosion, and pollution permanently remove millions of hectares annually.
Conventional agriculture consumes 70% of global freshwater. Droughts are increasing in severity and frequency across every continent.
20–40% of outdoor crops are lost annually to weather events, pests, and disease — a systemic vulnerability with no conventional fix.
Post-COVID disruptions exposed the cost of long-haul food logistics. Nutrient degradation and vibration losses make rural-to-urban supply chains inefficient.
Our Answer
Global Urban Solutions delivers factory-built, AI-managed containerized farms that require no external power, no external water, and minimal human intervention — deployable anywhere on Earth.
Our 40-foot containerized vertical farm is a complete, self-sustaining food production system. Drop it, connect the app, and harvest within weeks.
View Container Specs →Integrated magnetic generator, solar, and wind capability. Zero reliance on external electricity grids — operates 24/7/365 regardless of location.
Dual atmospheric water generators produce up to 60 gallons of pure water daily from humidity — no connection to water mains ever required.
Over 100 IoT sensors, per-tower cameras, nutrient dosing automation, and a real-time app dashboard. Monitored proactively by the GUS team.
375–612kg of organic produce per container per month. 2,000–8,000 plants per module. Validated +15% yield improvement over conventional indoor farms.
Factory-assembled, calibrated, and pre-loaded with grow profiles. Delivered and operational within days. No construction, no trades, no delays.
GUS proactive operations dashboard tracks all deployed containers globally. Farmers monitor via a dedicated mobile app with SMS, email, and WhatsApp alerts.
Proprietary Technology Stack
No single competitor integrates all of these systems into one self-contained unit.
McGill University Validated
Patented laser-guided light with AI spectrum modulation and cymatic frequency stimulation. 0.60g/watt dry yield vs 0.22g industry norm. McGill University validated.

Market Opportunity
Indoor farming is one of the fastest-growing sectors in global agribusiness — driven by climate mandates, food sovereignty policies, water scarcity, and urbanisation.
Sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Africa represent the highest-growth untapped market for containerised farming. Our South Africa operations (Cape Town & Stellenbosch) position GUS at the epicentre of this emerging demand, servicing farmers who need off-grid, water-independent solutions in a continent where infrastructure is the constraint — not the market.
Key Demand Drivers

Financial Projections
Closing the seed round triggers activation of a CAD $1.7M loan financing facility approved in principle. The seed round is the activation mechanism — not the full funding requirement.
Investment Opportunity
Global Urban Solutions is raising capital to accelerate container production, expand the franchise network, and establish manufacturing capacity across two continents.
Capital Structure
The CAD $350K seed round activates a
CAD $1,700,000 loan financing facility
approved in principle.
Seed investors are not funding the entire growth plan — they are providing the activation capital that unlocks a further $1.7M in debt financing, giving GUS a total war chest of CAD $2,050,000 to execute the five-year plan.
🌿 This is more than a financial investment — it's participation in one of the most impactful technology ventures of our era. GUS is building the food infrastructure of the future, today.
